Trip Participant Policy: For all trips children 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age. ID will be required and no refunds will be granted for tickets purchased for unaccompanied children. This will be strictly enforced for your safety. A parental/guardian consent form must be completed and submitted prior to boarding for departure. Participation will be denied if a consent form is not on file and no refund will be granted. In addition, adults accompanying children 17 years old or younger will be required to complete a chaperone information form.
Cancellation Policy: Tour hosts reserve the right to cancel any bus trip or tour due to low seating capacity. Customers have the option of boarding another scheduled tour bus (if applicable) on the same day and for the same event or receiving a 100% refund in the event of cancellation. No refunds will be granted due to inclement weather, failure to provide parent/guardian consent form, technical and/or mechanical difficulties regarding transportation, missed departures and/or returns, or no-shows. Refunds will only be granted in the event of cancellation of the tour by Let’s Get Personnel! & Personal Travel Services Administration. Let’s Get Personal and Personal Travel Services and its associates will not be liable for any items lost or stolen during any sponsored event.
